Managing Successful Meetings

Attending this course will help you ensure the meetings you attend are beneficial, productive and effective.  You will do this by working on the following:

  • Pre meeting considerations
  • Opening statements including ‘yes set’ pacing
  • Statements and mutual benefit statements
  • Styles of influencing
  • Dealing with and raising objections
  • Closing statements
     

Effective Email and Telephone Communication Skills

This course aims to help participants develop and enhance their telephone skills and email technique by working with them to:

  • Gain deeper insights into key communication processes

  • Utilise this understanding to improve email and telephone communication

  • Increase competence and confidence when responding to angry, frustrated and emotional callers.
