Making a Referral

Requests for mediation can come from:

  • Parents
  • Local authorities
  • Parent Partnership Officers
  • School staff
  • Other parties, such as voluntary agencies.
     

No paperwork is required. Simply phone or email the service.

A member of staff will take details of the case and if both parties to the disagreement agree to take part in mediation, a date will be arranged, and the mediation will proceed.
 

Parent Referrals
Parents can contact us directly,
but it is often useful for parents to have had access to advice and support prior to contacting us. 

Parent Partnership Services can give this advice to parents.
